​Standard Orders: All orders are processed within [1–2] business days.
​Peak Season: During high-volume times (like November and December), processing may take up to [3–4] business days.
​Order Cut-off: Orders placed after [2:00 PM EST] will begin processing the following business day.

How to Track Your Order - 
​Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
​Shipping to a Different Address (Gifts)-
​Sending a gift directly to the lucky kid?
​We offer a "Gift Message" option at checkout.
​To protect your surprise, we do not include pricing on the packing slips for orders marked as gifts.
​Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages-
​Damaged in Transit: If your toy arrives with a crushed box or broken parts, please take a photo and contact us at funwrap10@gmail.com within 24 hours.
​Lost/Stolen: Funnwrap is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package.
