We want every playtime to be a success! If your purchase isn't quite the right fit, we’re here to help you get the right toy into the right hands.
​1. The Basics (Exchange Window)
​Exchanges: Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7- days of purchase.
​2. Condition for Exchange-
​To be eligible for a return or exchange, toys must be:
​Unopened and Unused: The original packaging must be intact (including shrink wrap and factory seals).
​Complete: Must include all original parts, accessories, and instruction manuals.
​Accompanied by Proof of Purchase: Please provide your physical receipt, gift receipt, or order confirmation email.
​3. Non-Exchangeable Items - 
​For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
​Plush toys or "blind bags/mystery boxes" that have been opened.
​Craft kits or "slime" products if the internal seals are broken.
​Items marked "Final Sale" or "As-Is."
​Toys showing clear signs of "battle damage" (wear and tear) from play.

​4. Defective or Damaged Items-
​If a toy is "broken out of the box" or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within [7] days of discovery. We will provide a replacement, including any applicable shipping costs.
